1. 30-Day Return Criteria
Evanio provides a fixed 30-day return framework beginning on your confirmed delivery date. To pass warehouse intake check, the items must be completely unworn, unwashed, free of odors, and returned inside their original product boxes with all retail labels intact. An order invoice or digital receipt from evanio.com is strictly required.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
Please review your parcel immediately after delivery. If an item arrives broken, structurally compromised, or with a wrong manufacturing variant, email our support desk right away so we can issue a premium replacement route.
3. Exemptions
Custom print items, personalized items, personal care products, and retail digital gift cards are permanently barred from our returns pipeline and cannot be approved for cash returns.
4. Processing Financial Reimbursements
Once the returned package undergoes inspection at our facility, an email confirmation will be triggered. Approved returns are auto-credited to the original payment channel within 7 to 10 business days.
5. Logistics Fees
Buyers are responsible for setting up and paying for return shipping labels. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be automatically deducted from your final product reimbursement payout.
